Radiant System Goup is an international company with office in Prague, Czech Republic. From 2010 to 2015 we were an official certified OTRS AG partner. During these 5 years we became experts in OTRS based solutions and gained an immensely valuable experience in ((OTRS)) Community Edition professional services, including consulting, implementation, support, training and custom development. We also developed numerous original add-ons, which quickly became very popular among our clients.
In 2016, we decided to go our own way. The natural next step was to develop a series of new, unique add-ons based on ((OTRS)) Community Edition. Our New Customer Portal is the ultimate example of our latest achievements. And this is not all we have in our rich arsenal!
