Data and processes migration in ((OTRS)) Community Edition

Report Migration to ((OTRS)) Community Edition
When transferring data to OTRS, we additionally perform the export and import of data required for generating reports. If you use an external BI system to create reports, simply provide us with a description of the calculation logic and a description of the output data set or summary graphs, and we will make for you new SQL queries in ((OTRS)) Community Edition You will not lose any important information!
